The Proposal

Mr. Bill’s Southern Smokehouse wanted to promote a new product it was going to start selling – a hickory-smoked ribeye – in order to generate awareness about the new menu item in an effort to raise initial sales of the item.

The Process

By filming the process of preparing and cooking the steak, I was able to capture all of the methods that pertain to making this new menu item.

The Product

I created a short promotional video highlighting the new product by emphasizing all of the work that goes into making this a truly unique menu item.
